I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Department of Psychology at Princeton University. I work with Professor Diana Tamir at the Princeton Social Neuroscience Lab.
My research focuses mostly on spontaneous thought, like mind wandering, daydreaming, and creativity. I study its contents, dynamics, functions, and its relation to the social world. I employ various different methods in my research, including behavioral experiments (both online and in person), neuroimaging (fMRI), and natural language processing. You can find a list of my publications on Google Scholar.
I have a PhD in Psychology from Princeton University. Before that, I earned a BSc in Human Development from Cornell University, and a MSc in Sport Sciences from the University of Groningen (The Netherlands).
